Both Bottle: A Script Font for Elegant Campaigns

It’s 9 a.m. on a Tuesday, and I’m staring at a blank canvas in Adobe Illustrator, trying to figure out how to make a sale announcement pop. The client wants something fresh, something that feels personal but still professional. That’s when I remember: Both Bottle. A script font that’s as delicate as it is striking.

Both Bottle isn’t just a font—it’s a mood. It has this soft, flowing character that feels like it was written by hand, but with the precision of a designer. The curves are gentle, the strokes are light, and there’s a sense of grace that makes it perfect for campaigns that need a touch of sophistication without being too formal.

Visual Style and Personality

When I first saw Both Bottle, I knew it had potential. The font has a very specific personality—elegant, refreshing, and slightly whimsical. It’s not the kind of font you’d use for body text, but for headlines, logos, or key messaging, it shines. The way the letters connect gives it a sense of movement, which is great for creating visual flow in design work.

It works especially well in social media graphics where the goal is to catch attention quickly. On a mobile screen, the font maintains its clarity even at smaller sizes, which is a big plus. I’ve used it for Instagram posts, YouTube thumbnails, and email banners, and it always stands out without overwhelming the viewer.

Campaign Use Cases

One of the most practical ways I’ve used Both Bottle is in a seasonal sale campaign. The client needed a way to communicate “limited time” without sounding too aggressive. By using Both Bottle for the headline, we created a sense of urgency that felt warm and inviting. The font’s softness balanced the boldness of the offer, making the message more approachable.

Another time, I worked on a webinar promotion. The title needed to feel professional but also engaging. Both Bottle helped us achieve that balance. We paired it with a clean sans serif for the details, and the contrast made the whole design feel cohesive and modern.

For a Pinterest campaign, I used Both Bottle for the main text on pins. The font added a decorative touch that caught the eye, while still maintaining readability. It worked especially well on dark backgrounds, where the subtle contrast made the text stand out without being harsh.

Readability and Design Considerations

One thing to keep in mind with Both Bottle is that it’s best suited for short phrases. It doesn’t work as well for long paragraphs, but that’s okay—it’s meant to be a display font. When designing for small screens, thumbnails, or image overlays, I always test the font at different sizes to ensure it remains legible.

On fast-scrolling feeds, the font’s elegance can sometimes get lost if not used intentionally. I usually reserve it for key elements like headlines, callouts, or logo-style text. That way, it doesn’t compete with other design elements but still adds visual interest.

Font Pairing and Practical Tips

Pairing Both Bottle with a complementary font is key to making it work in a broader design system. I often pair it with a simple sans serif like Helvetica or Roboto for body text. This creates a nice contrast that keeps the design from feeling too ornate.

It also pairs well with other script fonts, especially when you want to create a layered effect. But I recommend using only one script font per design to avoid clutter. If you’re working on a branding project, consider using Both Bottle for logo elements and a different font for supporting text.

Before finalizing any design, I always check the font’s included styles, alternates, and ligatures. These features can add depth and variety to your work. Also, make sure the font supports the languages you need, especially if you’re working on an international campaign.

Commercial Use and Licensing

One of the things I appreciate about Both Bottle is that it comes with clear commercial licensing. That means I can use it in client projects, digital ads, and branded templates without worrying about legal issues. It’s important to verify the licensing terms before using any font in a public-facing campaign.

Whether I’m designing a promotional banner for an online shop or a social media post for a new product launch, Both Bottle has become a go-to choice. It’s versatile enough to fit into different design contexts while maintaining its unique character.

As I wrap up another day of campaign design, I’m reminded of how much of an impact a single font can have. Both Bottle isn’t just a typeface—it’s a tool that helps me tell a story, connect with audiences, and bring ideas to life. And that’s what great design is all about.
